Previous Experience: Worked as CNC programmer/operator to manufacture parts for Plastic Injection Molding-Hot Runner System applications. Designed and Programmed(CNC) mechnical parts for communication mounting devices used in Military, Police, Ambulance, Secret Services and Utility Companies. Worked as CNC programmer in manufacturing of Oil and Gas Mining Equipment. Present Employment Bomb Loader projects Designed major tooling and fixtures to manufacture parts. Designed welding fixtures for bomb loader chassis (rear frame and forward frame). Designed fixture to machine hydraulic lift boom to reduce cost and eliminate distortion cause by welding. Redesign hydraulics cylinders used in these loaders. Planned major parts and components for manufacturing to meet Military Standard Specifications. Major contributor in the completion of drawing packages and documentations submitted to the government. Linkless Ammunition Loader for Fighterplanes. Designed fixtures and toolings to manufacture parts to reduce time and labor. Designed check fixtures for investment castings Planned major parts and components for manufacturing to meet Military Standard Specifications. Rocket/Missile Launcher Project. Designed the hydraulic cylinder mount block, capable of absorbing 20,000lbs force. Helped other engineers in searching raw materials and accessories for hydraulics system. WARP/PYLON/TANKER PROGRAM. Objective of this project is to design and build equipments and accessories to transport WARP/PYLON to be assembled at the wing of an aircraft. Designed Pylon adapter, Warp adapter, hoist beam, sling assemblies, maintenance platform, Warp assembly maintenance structure, scissor lift and straps that withstand 3G safety factor. Wrote and designed proof load testing procedures of this project. Helped in designing transport trailer capable of holding 9,300lbs load. Planned manufacturing processes to produce parts and components. Project Manager for this project. T700 (21c7071G01) Missile Engine Program: Analyzed Engine stand and estimated the overall cost of the project. Designed tools and fixture for the project. Planned manufacturing processes to built parts and components. Wrote function test procedure for this project MHU Bomb Loader- Robotic Arm Funded by the government to build robotic arm to be used to load missiles for F22, F35, B1 and B2 bombers. Robotic arm must be equipped with a sensor to identify type of missiles, self adjust load capability and gripping pressure. |
