An absolutely superb compilation set, which showcases much of Kansas' best work, including: "Journey from MariaBronn" from Kansas;
"Song For America" from Song For America, "Child of Innocence," "Icarus-Borne on Wings Of Steel" and "The Pinnacle" from Masque, "Carry On Wayward Son,"
"The Wall," "What's On My Mind," "Opus Insert" and "Magnum Opus" from Leftoverture. It also showcases: "Portrait (He Knew)," "Closet Chronicles," "Point Of Know Return" and "Dust In The Wind" from Point Of Know Return and "People
of The South Wind" and "A Glimpse of Home" from Monolith and "Relentless," "Loner" and "Hold On" from Audiovisions and a new recording of "Wheels!"
Even though, this particular cd contains many of Kansas' best songs, it includes the added twist of an orchestra to the presentation. Overall, with the inclusion of the Beatles' song "Eleanor Rigby" and such Kansas songs as: "Dust In The Wind," "Cheyenne Anthem," "The Wall," "Nobody Home," "Miracles Out Of Nowhere," this cd really sparkles. The vocalist is unusual, it isn't Steve Walsh, is it possibly Robby Steinhardt, the violinist?
