NOW AT #1 in the UK CHARTS
The new album  "13"
Blur's sixth studio album, entitled 13 will be released by Food Records on March 15th. It will be preceded by the single Tender on March 1st. Tender was produced by William Orbit and features The London Community Gospel Choir. It will be available on cd, enhanced cd and cassette formats with a limited edition 7-inch blue vinyl available from March 8th. The cd has the tracks Tender, Swamp Song and Mellow Jam while the enhanced cd has Tender, French Song and the critically acclaimed Song 2 video. The cassette and 7-inch are backed with Swamp Song. Well now its on the album and its been replaced by "All we want".

It will be previewed on top of the pops on Feb 18th. The song will be aired on radio1 on the 28th Jan at 10p.m.

GOTTA GET TIME-SHARE ON THE RADIO

Blur will be playing a special concert for Radio 1 on the day of the release of "13". It's a Radio 1 event and tickets are being issued as competition prizes. The station will be holding competitions on every show from March 8th to March 12th.

Interview with Steve lamaq from radio 1 (15th March)

Blur were in the radio1* top 100 songs of all time with; "parklife" [#79], "theres no other way" [#65], "charmless man" [#31] and "song 2" [#15]. The chart was apparently voted by radio 1 listeners.
