Smudge: Alison, Adam and Tom

Smudge are a band from Sydney, Australia. Originally they were Tom Morgan on lead guitar and vocals, Paul Dunkan on bass guitar, and Alison Galloway on drums and occassional vocals. However, Paul left after a short while and was replaced with Adam Yee. Their short pop tunes come complete with shazzy guitar melodies and specatular drum rhythms.

They have released a fair few EPs; Superhero, Love Lust And Lemonjuice, Hot Smoke And Sassafras, Tea Toast And Termoil, to name a few. Also 2 albums; Manalow, and You, Me, Carpark...Now! You Me Carpark...Now! brought about 2 new things for Smudge; the song writing was done by all 3 members, and so were the vocals.

Smudge's latest release is Real McCoy, Wrong Sinatra. A new single came out in October this year and Alison has disappeared to the other side of the world. They plan to play some shows in Europe while Alison is holidaying over there, and there are more releases planned for early 2000.
