In Italy, Videogram issued several tracks of the 'Super Sabrina'-album that didn't receive a single-release anywhere else. 'Doctor's Orders' is one of these. Four unique dance-remixes were produced by a DJ called Bortolotti for the 12"-only release, a 'Hip House Mix' and a 'House Energy Mix' (both with vocals) and two corresponding instrumental versions.

The picture-sleeve of the 'Doctor's Orders' 12" uses a photograph of Sabrina live on stage in Moscow. Sabrina had visited this city and given several spectacular concerts at the Olimpiiskii-hall early in 1989. The best scenes of these concerts are captured on the 'Live In Moscow' video, issued in Italy in 1989.
