John "Ozzy" Osbourne was born December 3, 1948, in
Birmingham, north of England.
When Ozzy was 20 years old when he formed a group called
Earth. After touring and developing a solid reputation, the
band renamed itself Black Sabbath and released its debut
album. Black Sabbath recorded eight more albums with Ozzy
as the lead singer. During that time Black Sabbath became the
legandary ground breakers for Heavy Metal! By 1980, Ozzy went
solo, After being fired for drug problems, Ozzy set out in

search of music that went even deeper into the heart of
darkness.As partner in his search, Ozzy chose the super
guitarist, Randy Rhoads. "Crazy Train", was an early song
that
achieved classic status and was the beginning of
his
first album "Blizzard Of Oz" and diary of a Madman
was
shortly after "Diary Of A Madman". Randy Rhodes died
in
a plane crash 1982, and Ozzy's life and music took a
tailspin. Ozzy did not know what he was going to and was a
lost
sole. Ozzy's next albums were "Bark At The Moon",
"The
Ultimate Sin", "Tribute" and "No Rest For The
Wicked".
These were all albums in the center os his
career with his lowest point falling at No Rest For The
Wicked. Ozzy's Life was out of order. He was getting a
divorce he was despressed and he checked into a drug
rehab center "No More Tears", was started just before this

as Ozzy was turning over a new leaf. He had sarted

getting more personal in his sons. With another example
Ozzmosis. Now Ozzy is back on the saddle again and is one of
the biggest stars in the music world. Ozzy will start
touring shortly on his Ozzfest 98 tour.
