Workflow:
1024 x 768, Super Fine mode.
Level adjustment in Photoshop 5.0 LE ( most pictures auto levels adjustment ).
USM sharpening in LAB mode 125%/1/1.
Resizing than USM sharpening in LAB mode 70%/0,5/1.
Then I use 17% reduction to make thrumbnail JPEGs for the gallery.
