Join Procedure

Joining The Faith no More Ring can be done by using the following steps:

1. To join The Faith no More Ring, you only need to have a site about Faith no More or something related whith them. If you want to know more about Web-Rings, you can visit the webring page at http://www.webring.org/

2.Add your site to the Ring Queue.
The Ring Queue is used as a kind of 'waiting' room for sites that want to join the Ring. Once you are placed in the queue, you will get a Site ID. This is an integer number like 22 or something. Your site will stay in the queue until your have completed all the necessary things, such as adding HTML code to your pages (don't worry, this will be explained later), and the Ringmaster has decided to add your site to the Ring (or to reject your request).

Note: The HTML code must be in your page before your site is added, If I visit it, and it doesn't have it, your site will be rejected.

3.Get the necessary HTML fragments to put on your site.
The HTML code and pictures are necessary for your site to be part of the Ring. Using these fragments, visitors of your site can navigate on the ring. You typically put this piece of HTML code on the root page of your site. You can copy this code from this page.

4.Wait for the final word.
When your site finally becomes a proud part of the Faith no More Ring, you will receive a confirmation of this. you can then use our Members Only pages to edit your site attributes. I hope to let you know if you're in within 4-6 days.
