Many Beatles fans believe that Oasis is a just whining, annoying band bent on copying the Holy Four and degrading the world of Brit rock forever. I am one of these people. The evidence is clear: just listen to the MIDIs below!
As you have heard, the beginning chords of both songs are identical. This is one of the many instances in which the silly band known as Oasis subliminally tries to be like the Beatles (others include their song 'Wonderwall' which takes its name from a George Harrison film, and the music video for 'All Around the World' which is in many ways like the movie 'Yellow Submarine'). This wouldn't be so bad, in fact it would be flattering, except for the fact that even after copying the Beatles' ideas they go and insult them publicly-saying if 'the Beatles were more popular than God, we're more popular than the Beatles' and calling George some mean name. Its JUST NOT NICE. So boycott Oasis (see pic of them below) and long live the Beatles!!!!!!!
