SOME QUICK INFO ON DEVILHEAD:
Devilhead formed in late 1993/early 1994.
YOUR ICE CREAM'S DIRTY was released in late 1994.
Y.I.C.D. was the first album released on Loosegroove Records.
Kevin and Brian Wood were in the FireAnts before they were in Devilhead. They released one, very rare, EP on Dekema Records in 1992.
Shawn Smith from Satchel played piano on "Troubled Moon" from Y.I.C.D.
Regan Hagar from Satchel took the insert pictures on Y.I.C.D.
Cory Kane was formerly in Satchel, and played bass on their first album E.D.C.
Timothy Young (no longer a member) was also a member of the Scallywags when he was in Devilhead.
Kevin was a part of the psuedo-glam/funk/metal/ (you name it!) fusion group Malfunkshun (*subliminal message...buy "Return To Olympus" by Malfunkshun available on Loosegroove Records!*) from 1978-1987 with his little bro "Landrew" (Andy) and his friend "Thundarr" (Regan).
Kevin was known as "Kevinstein" while in Malfunkshun.
Brian Wood was NOT in Malfunkshun when they were taking their baby-steps to stardom back in Bainbridge Island...it's a rumor.
The Wood brothers (for the most part) grew up in Bainbridge Island, WA.
Devilhead does a cover of the Scallywags tune "Chocolate Bus" on PEST CONTROL.
