Hi,

There are 5 image files that comprise the HOTW World...Vol. 1 CD-R booklet.
Download the files to your computer.
When you view the file with your browser, it's already downloaded to your computer.
Just save it in any folder you like, or look it up in the browser's cache.

There are 5 files.
hotw1.jpg - outside booklet cover and back
hotw2.jpg - pages 2 and 7 (second side of hotw1.jpg)
hotw3.jpg - pages 3 and 6 (second side of hotw4.jpg)
hotw4.jpg - pages 4 and 5
hotw5.jpg - under cd tray artwork

The booklet is intended for doubleside printing. Follow the instructions below for printing.

1. Print out the "hotw1.jpg" file (landscape).
2. Measure the RIGHT margin on the page, from the edge of the page to the border of the image.
3. Change the printer LEFT margin to the measured one.
4. Insert the page back into the printer tray, without flipping or rotating it. 
5. Print out "hotw2.jpg" file.
6. Set printer margins to original.
7. Print out the "hotw4.jpg" file.
8. Repeat steps 2 to 5 for the "hotw3.jpg" file.
9. Print out the "hotw5.jpg" file as is.

Tips.
-------
Use thick paper, the thicker the better;-) Maybe you even would like to use a glossy paper, and print out in photoquality, if your printer has a photo cartridge.
Let the ink dry enough time, before printing the other side. There's no rush;-)))
Before printing out in high quality, try to print out in "grayscale", low quality, to verify that you correctly understood the doubleside printing instructions.
If you have problems with printing from your image viewer, just use the Windows MSPaint program for printing.
Open the file with your image viewer, select the whole image, copy and paste it into MSPaint. and print out from there. There shouldn't be any problems printing out this way.
