Gigs
The Hub:
The hub was a place in our town where kids who appreciated loud music could go. Bands would play there every weekend. We got to play at the hub on the last night that it was open. They needed a band to open the show, and we asked the director if we could do it. It was our first gig and it was really cool. There were lots of people there, and we played all of our songs. We only had four or five at the time. The Hub was sponsored by Cause Ministries, a community outreach program at John Brown University. We played there on the night before Easter in 1996.

The Skate Station:
We played at the Skate Station in Fayettville, AR with another band from Siloam Springs called Dredlock Philly. Michael was playing the bass with them too for a few weeks while their bassist was sick. Michael blew the speakers in his amp out at the beginning and had to play with a nasty sounding amp the rest of the time. Not many people were there, because Dreadlock Philly and the Mollies were not well known in Fayetteville.

Siloampalooza 4:
You probably have never heard of Siloampalooza unless you live in Siloam. It is a music festival that is sponsored by a couple of college students who are in bands. They both graduated last year, so there may never be another one. It's too bad, Siloampalooza was pretty cool. We played there with bands like: Swivel Cherry, Spoken, Shaft, Cognomen, and others.
The Wherehouse:
The Wherehouse in Bartlesville is the most awesome place to play! It has definitely been the best place that we have ever played! There were lots of people there and we jumped around like idiots. This was part of the first round of a contest which sadly, we did not advance in, but it was so fun playing there that we didn't care. Maybe someday we will get to play there again. Lots of cool bands have played here like: All Star United, MxPx, Third Day, Sixpence None the Richer, and lots of other bands that just rock the house. Sarah Thorne played with us here. She played the congas and the tambourine. We got so into it, that the tambourine broke while she was playing it! It was great.
