In My Life (Lennon/McCartney) The Beatles Rubber Soul (1965) This song is in A, but much simpler to play in G. So capo at the second fret. There are some cool things in this song that I can't really include in a guitar tab, like the incredible bass line and the keyboard solo. I only wish I could play that solo. George Martin played that right? Note the synchopated G7 at the end of the first and third line of the verses. I think that is so cool. Purists can transcribe this back into A. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Intro: play 2X G D |---3----------2-| |-0----0h1h3---3-| |-0--------------| |----------------| |----------------| |----------------| G D Em G7 <--awesome!!
