POWERS
Some people may think it weird
To have powers such as mine.
You have to understand them
To truly be almighty and divine.
Powers like mine
Were meant for the gods.
You know, the Greek ones
With capes and bulking bods.
I am the four elementals
Wind, water, fire, and earth
And I have had these powers
Since the day of my birth.
I can shake the earth
With a stomp of my foot.
And with a wave of my hand
Change granite into soot.
I can start tornadoes
With the twitch of my nose.
Start fires, destroy cities
I can do all of those.
I can kill a man
With just a single thought.
So don't piss me off
Or make me distraught.
Can you do all this?
Do you have powers like me?
This is an easy answer
For I know you will see
That everybody has powers
In all different ways
You might think them insignificant
To master them takes more than days
It does not just take days
To master your powers.
It takes years and years to do this
And practice for lots of hours.
I could help you if you want
But don't expect too much.
Powers aren't truly mastered
If it's not their master's touch.
Then you can turn people
Into whatever you would like.
Make them dance around in circles
Or do tricks on a little bike.
You will be almighty...
You will be all knowing...
You will be a mighty god
With powers overflowing.
No one could touch you.
You would be above them all.
But what about friends you ask?
You don't need them to have a ball.
For you have your powers
And that's all you need.
It'll be you and your powers
Making other people heed.
Every word out of your mouth
Would be the last one.
No one to challenge you
Or they know they would be done.
So tap into your powers.
Or are you afraid of it?
About loosing all of your friends
And trudging through all the shit
Alone, with no-one at all
Just you all a-lone.
Maybe you should be afraid then.
Maybe you should go home.
For anyone with a sliver of a doubt
Can never truly tap into their mind.
Not getting powers almighty and divine
Because they're afraid of what they might find.
