The DASJr Discography

The following is a section devoted to tapes and discs that I've made and given out to my friends. Also listed are my appearances on other people's albums. These releases contain recordings I've done (or been part of) during years gone by.

The Cassette Anthologies:

* The David Anthology- My first audio collection, given to friends in May 1996. A compilation of various recordings from high school and college.
* David's Christmas Tape- My second audio collection, given to friends in December 1996. Features three complete holiday concerts and the Beatles' "Christmas Time (is Here Again)".
* David's College Anthology- Given to friends in May 1997, it features the best tracks from my two years as a full-time student at CCC.

The C.D. Anthologies:

* The Free Ride Anthology- Made in April 2000, and given to the friends I made during my period as a SUNY Fredonia student.
* The DASjr Anthology- Completed in August 2000, and given to various friends I'd made over the 7-year period that this CD covers (1994-2000).
* David's Christmas Compact Discmas- Made in December 2001, and given to friends. A make-believe radio show with segments written and performed solely by me.
* Absolute Pitch - Best of '2- The best bits and tunes from the first four months of my adults-only internet radio series with Kevin Hurley.
* Absolute Pitch - Best of '3- Favorite moments from the last two months of my adults-only internet radio series with Kevin Hurley.

The Soundtracks:

* Retro Man (The Soundtrack)- Originally pressed as a 14-track CD with packaging by Aaron Newark, all current copies are special-edition versions which feature 16 dialogue pieces from the film of the same name, plus 2 extra music tracks.
* My Show (and more) - The Soundtrack- A compilation of songs that were used in all my movies (excluding Retro Man) from 1997-2002, including the My Show episodes, Gay Cops, and Don't Shoot.
* Other Things (A Soundtrack)- All of the instrumental pieces that were used in my 2003 digital video production with Kevin Hurley, including the final edit that was used in the movie.

C.D.'s By Others:

* Simple Wisdom - Inquire Within- Released in August 1999, featuring friends Adam Lindquist (a.k.a. Adam Winfield) and Amelia Harnas, with a brief appearance by me (playing rain stick).
* Simple Wisdom - Skeleton Songs- Made by Adam, and given to friends in December 1999. I make guest appearances on seven tracks.
* W.E.N.I. Radio - The Condiment Collection- Highlights of fake radio shows Adam did with his friends Derek, Kevin, and me. Compiled in 1999, and completed in February 2000.
* Adam Winfield's Last Impressions- Adam's August 2001 solo release, which has my vocals on seven of its twelve songs (two of which I co-wrote).
* Adam Winfield - Last Impressions Bonus Disc- An August 2001 bonus CD made to accompany initial copies of "Last Impressions". I sing on two of the tracks.
* Amelia - No Bars- The long-awaited August 2003 solo release by Amelia Harnas. I'm not on it, but am thanked as "dasjr" in the liner notes.
* Amelia - Ever Yours Affectionately- The August 2006 solo release by Amelia Harnas. I'm thanked in the liner notes, and appear in a hidden spoken track at the end of one copy (congratulating the winner of a T-shirt contest).
* Adam Winfield - Still Life- The August 2006 solo release. I do backing vocals with Amelia Harnas on "Rain".

Miscellaneous Collections:

* WENIstock - 5th Anniversary Edition- These are highlights from an imaginary W.E.N.I. Radio concert performed by famous artists. Produced and edited by me, and compiled by Adam Lindquist. Includes my "live" re-edited mixes of Nirvana and Ace of Base, complete with me in the audience.
* Simple Wisdom - Sessions Within- Using audio from the raw video footage I had used to make my Simple Wisdom documentary, I made this "bootleg" CD of outtakes, rehearsals, and more from the sessions for their "Inquire Within" CD.
* The DASjr Experience (CD-Rom)- A data CD containing 390 pictures and 150 mp3's. Includes pics of me, my friends, and my favorite bands, as well as mp3's of songs from my movies, my fave bands, and the above-mentioned anthologies.
* Kevin Hurley - Live On The Net- A CD version I made of a live Fall 2000 webcast given by Kevin, his sister Karen, and Levi Corcoran, from an apartment in Texas. I make a brief appearance, via a 5-second liner (taped in Corning, NY) played during a commercial break.
* Absolute Pitch - The F*cko Tapes- Hidden mic recordings that Kevin Hurley and I did of some guy. The first CD released via my internet radio show with Kevin.
* All Our Stuff- My all-mp3 CD-Rom of albums that I was involved with between 1998-2003. Includes complete titles and other tracks by Adam, Amelia, Kevin, and me. Version 1 was compiled June 2003; Version 2, October 2003. The second version was made to incorporate the recent release of Amelia's "No Bars" and Absolute Pitch's "Best of '3".
