Pre-game rituals

This sorry site of inebriated geographers sacrificed marking mid-terms in exchange for an evening of beer and bure at Matt Ferguson's place in the Fall 1992. We finally arrived at the game, incidently my first live NHL contest, via the Arbutus. The Canucks lost the game as I recall, and I think the opponents were the Chicargo Black Hawks.
