Adrian is from Cypress, home of Cypress College and some great swap meets. He got the idea for his horns from an extra in the Just a Girl video with the same haircut. After the extra saw Adrian with the same hair, he wrote Adrian a nasty letter accusing him of ripping off his style and not even being a part of "the dark side" which such a haircut, he claimed, represents.

Here's Adrian at the Jay Leno show, January 11 of last year. I was the first person in line for tickets - one a.m.! If you look closely, you can see the mysterious head stuck to the drumset.

Adrian actually learned to play drums specifically to be in No Doubt. He practiced with the demo tape!
