Although I was born in 1977 and was barely 4 when their first album came out I do have recollections of hearing We Got the Beat on the radio and liking it. It wasn't until the early 90's when I stumbled upon a copy of Live Your Life Be Free in a discount CD bin at Woolworths that I gave Belinda a chance. I was immediately captivated by her vocals and that of course led me back to the Go-Go's. My first album was Beauty and the Beat of course cause that was the only one in print in CD format until recently. I was immediately captivated again. Not only by the sound of Belinda's vocals but I really liked how the tunes rocked. I mean the Go-Go's are my jam dancin music.

Since then I have managed to see them once in concert in Dallas last summer (an experience I will never forget though I hope to relive if they tour this summer). I love the band as a whole and though I don't partcularly like to favor anyone over the other....I'm a diehard Belinda fan and I totally love Jane's goofy personality (which reminds me of me sometimes). I haven't got into the Delphines yet or K5 but I did enjoy all of Jane's solo material (as well as Belinda's), the Graces, and froSTed!

My favorite Go-Go's album is: Vacation (He's so strange is about me....I know it! )
My favorite Belinda album is: A Woman and a Man (though those 3 songs on a Place on Earth rock!)
My favorite Jane solo album is: Fur
