PERFECT MONSTER

This is agent of Vega's first disc, but its pretty cool, especially for something that is entirely self made. These guys describe themselves as 'space rock' and while that is as good as description as any there are also huge '60s psychedelia infleunces in there (behind the wall of acid?) and some stoner grooves as well. This is extremely easy to listen to on either a superficial or deeper level as it has no vocals but instead very well textured songs. The muso's involved have been playing music around the local scene for years and years, and it shows with the maturity these songs are written with. I'm not sure where this is available other than their gigs, but i've got a few copies for sale at the bar if anyone is interested. Clocking in at almost 70 minutes this is the best value for $10 you will ever get! So do yourself a favor and check it out. This is a new rockape fave!
