FISTICATION

This is the latest in a long line of local metal bands to release their stuff on CD. Over it's pretty cool, quite well recorded and nicely mastered by our very own KURT. This is 11 tracks of straight down the line, no nonsense death metal. Excellent riff work, head caving drumming and some insanely deep vocals make this an intense listen. My only real complaint is that their is no guitar solo's on this recording to break up the songs a little, as a result this CD will appeal only to hardened death metal fiends, but I seriously doubt the band are very worried about finding popular appeal anyway. If you like grindy, sludgey death metal this is well worth tracking down.
