How to make: "Planet 311"

Planet 311 was thought of, designed by, and made by Chris Stokes. It was, of course, inspired by 311... in case you couldn't figure that out yourself. I created all of the graphics that say the title, and all of the links. On the main page, the small pics saying "Aliens Now!" and "Planet 311".... I made, so ask if you can take. I used the geocities file manager to draft the HTML, and Paint Shop Pro 4.0 to make the images. Permission to use any graphics must be given to you by ME. If, by some chance you have a comment... e-Mail me, you fool. If you simply want to send your comments to all the visitors, sign the guestbook, and tell me what you think.
