Ingredients: 1 lb butter (REAL butter) 1 oz pot Directions: Melt the butter in a sauce pan to boiling. Add the pot and let boil until the butter has turned green from the pot. Pour butter through a strainer to remove all of the pieces of pot. Chill until solid.
