GENERAL NOTES
(read ALL before emailing me)
10: Perfect sound, bootleg recorded from official released stuff, or maybe a concert recorded but never officially released before.
9 - 9.5: Surely a recording from the soundboard or an "incredible" audience recording (not common).
8 - 8.5: a not perfect soundboard recording, or a Very Good/Excellent audience recording.
7 - 7.5: Good/Very Good audience recording. Up to this quality it's worth 100% the copy (even a CD-R copy), don't ask me for an opinion, and just request the damn bootleg!!
6 - 6.5: Acceptable sound quality for an audience recording, you can recognize all the songs perfectly and enjoy the listen. A CD-R copy? Hmm, I don't think so; a tape copy would be fine.
5 - 5.5: Regular audience or studio recording. You may even doubt about what's the song you are listen to (not always), but if you like to collect rarities & unreleased stuff (like me), it's your decision.
1 - 4.5: "Just for collectors", no comments :-)
Special remarks:
8.5 / 9 : " / " (symbol between quotes) means that the bootleg it's divided in at least two parts (see the // in the tracklist), with different qualities due to different sources or venues.
9.5+ : The sound quality is "a bit" better than that number (10- is better than 9.5+).
10- : The sound quality is "a bit" under that number.
9* : The number represents the overall quality of the bootleg, but in some tracks the quality descends a bit. In the case of the FM broadcast, " * " (symbol between quotes) means that the quality is excellent but the Rock & Pop FM (authorized radio to broadcast most of the shows in Argentina), puts some "Exclusivo Rock & Pop" messages at the beginning and end of most of the songs in the concerts for copyright. In some cases the FM hosts add also (stupid) comments to the shows. But anyway, it's worth 100% the copy, but don't try to sell this bootleg, nobody will buy it !!
5 => 9 : the sound quality varies from the lower to the higher number through the whole bootleg, depending on each song and each source/venue.
NOTE: I'm too perfectionist with the sound quality, maybe you could qualify with a high number some bootlegs, but it's your opinion.
INFORMATION: Any information about incorrect or incomplete details about any bootleg will be appreciated :-)
1) Don't offer me money for the bootlegs, I DON'T SELL bootlegs neither copies of them, I'm ONLY interested in trading tapes/CDs for my enjoying. I don't make profit of this.
2) All the stuff on my CD's & Rarities for Sale/Trade page is (as the name says) for sale or trade, unless the price says "TRADE/BID", in that case I have that item on aunction, but I would do a trade also if I receive a good offer of goods (some stuff I'm really interested in).
3) If you don't have any bootleg I like, I could trade for official stuff I don't have: CDs, Tapes, etc. NO VINYL. See My Want List for further info.
4) I make 1:1 trades: 1 tape/CD-R for 1 tape/CD-R or 2 tapes for 1 CD-R. I don't need your original CDs, I'd prefer CD-R's with artwork (when available) unless you have 2 copies of the same bootleg or don't want it anymore. I CAN'T make CD-R copies from Tapes, since I DON'T have a CD-R burner of my own. Don't ask me for my original CDs, you WON'T GET THEM, just CD-R or tape copies. I DON'T make 2:1 trades (my boots for your blank tapes), the postage rates here are too expensive, I'm sorry :-(
5) Tapes: ONLY Type-II or higher
MAXELL: "XLII" or higher
TDK: "SA" or higher. No "SD", "CD-ing", etc. unless I (you) can't get a tape of a better quality with a specified length (100, 110 min.) for a longer bootleg.
6) I'm actually sending all the bootlegs and the used CD's without the jewel cases, to reduce shipping costs (only when a trade is made, not when you buy them, unless you request it). if you don't want to do that, it's your decision.
7) Shipping for the trades:
I send ALL the parcels REGISTERED, you MUST do the same otherwise the parcel has good chances of getting lost. Don't worry I paid a lot for the Registered Airmail too :-). If you can't afford the registered mail, use the cheapest airmail rate with INSURANCE against loss. It's the only way to be sure the parcel will arrive. YOU take the risk sending the parcel by regular airmail because if the parcel gets lost, you'll have to send it AGAIN.

As you see on my list, I have the tracklists for ALL my bootlegs, so I need you to provide me that info; unless you don't have it ("you don't have it" DOESN'T MEAN "you didn't TYPE it"). In that case I'll accept it, but I could need info about the tracks I don't recognize.

Time:
I'm a bit busy now for
doing continuous trades due to exams at the University. But I
could consider some cases, where I'm too interested in what you
have. Anyway, when I do trades, I send the stuff quickly (despite
I DON'T have a CD-R burner of my own), and expect you to do the
same. If you're a bit busy at the moment you contact me, wait for
a better occasion when you have more time to start a new trade
with me, to avoid delays from each other. I guess it's fair, isn't
it? :-)
