Buckcherry, Keith Nelson

Role: Guitar

Whether or not you like tattoos, it is not debatable that the local Los Angeles area tattoo artist responsible for introducing singer Joshua Todd and guitarist Keith Nelson is a hero. The pair's 1995 meeting was the genesis of the great rock band Buckcherry, now a five-man unit that includes Devon Glenn (drums/percussion), Jonathan "J.B." Brightman (bass) and Yogi (guitars). In 1999, the group released its self-titled debut on DreamWorks Records. The single "Lit Up" off that album earned Buckcherry a Grammy Award nomination in the category "Hard Rock Performance." Buckcherry was featured on VH1's "Hard Rock Live" and also performed at Woodstock '99.
