If You'd Just Say I'm the One `2

"Get your sorry ass up now." Kat yelled. "Feeling sorry for yourself. You're the one who wouldn't let him love you." she screamed and she thought of the first time she had called that number. She'd been peeved, pissed, angry, mad, hot..."How dare you. Don't you understand. I'll be the only one of us that doesn't have one. It was suppose to bring us together not make me feel left out." she said to him before she started to cry. "Please don't cry. I'll do anything, just stop crying. I'm sorry. Please." Isaac said. "Sing to me?" Kat asked him and he did. "I stopped crying." Kat said when he finished and they talked until the next morning for the first time. A few days after that the UPS man brought her a package. "Kat honey, I"m sorry I couldn't get you a shirt. I tried. You can have mine. I've only worn it once for the photo shoot and yes it has been laundered. I can't have you being the only one without one. Call me, I'll be waiting. Isaac." She screamed with joy and hugged the shirt to her, sending shivers up and down her body. Kat quickly pulled off her shirt and her bra and slipped his tee over her head. She quivered as the shirt slid over her head and she slipped her arms into his sleeves. She moaned as it slid over her body and touched her bare skin. "Just think what his hands would do to you." she thought as "I Will Come To You" played in the background. Kat quickly seeked comfort in a long hot shower. Later that night she called him to thank him. Before morning came, she had told him every detail, the hot shower, his shirt on her bare skin and how it turned her on. She couldn't help but be honest with him, he made her feel that way. It was almost a month before he was as honest with her. He being Isaac, of course apologized that he took so long to totally trust her. That night was their first, he made love to her over the phone. "Kat are you okay? You're so quiet." Isaac questioned when he was through. "Just hold me?" she whimpered. He hummed to her. "Isaac?" she asked. "Yeah Kat?" he answered. "Isaac how many women have you made love to?" she had to know thinking probably fifty knowing that if she ever met him, he could easily be her first. All he'd have to do is sing, "Won't you, Won't you give it up?" to hell with the rest of the "Where's The Love" and she'd show him where, she'd give it up. "That would be woman not women, and that would be you, just now." he answered. "What? It was your first too? How am I suppose to know if we did it right then? For all I know we could have left something out?" Kat said and then he said it, "Kat I love you more now than I did before and I'll love you more tomorrow remembering now and what you gave to me." "Isaac Hanson you're making me cry, I love you too. Oh I've gone and done it now. My boyfriend just hates it when I cry, he always makes it better though. He's just so wonderful. Someday, I'm going to show him just how wonderful he is. I'm goin to." and for the first time, Kat made love to Isaac. Then he asked her for the first time to meet him and let him be the one, let him love her for the rest of their lives. The ringing doorbell, snapped her back to reality. She quickly pulled on her jeans. "Tight fitting jeans and boxers don't get it." she grumbled pulling his tee shirt down over her jeans concealing the wrinkles. She opened the door, no one. She smelled coffee and looked down. There was a large cup of coffee and a McDonalds bag with a note attached. "Welcome to the neighborhood. Breakfast is on me. Sorry about the blocked driveway again." The biggest smile came over her face, she sat taking the lid off the cup of coffee and opened the bag pulling out the Egg McMuffin. The ringing phone interrupted her breakfast and she dashed to answer it. When she returned, there was a dog finishing her breakfast. "Well I see you made yourself at home." she said and the dog stared at her and the rest of the food he dropped. "Go ahead finish it, I wouldn't touch it now, I know you can lick your own balls." she said laughing and she picked it up and tossed it to him. The neighbor to the left was calling "Mike". "If Mike is a dog, he's over here." Kat called out. "Hey Mike, yeah you stop leaving presents in the yard. I don't care what your master said, not in my yard okay?" She said and the dog got all excited. Kat met Mike's master and was soon involved in the hot topic of the neighorhood, the constant delivery trucks and the neighborhood was hopping mad. She smiled politely and as Mike hunched over, "Excuse Mike we discussed this, not in my yard anymore, take it home now." she pointed towards his home and he left with his owner after him. Kat stood watching and as he turned and disappeared from sight she made a very unladylike gesture involving her arm up to the elow. She turned back to the house shaking her head, took the last gulp of coffee and cleaned up her mess and headed in to change, the furniture should be delivered soon. Kat took a marker, pad of paper and stapler and labeled all the rooms and marking where every piece of furniture should go. She turned on some music, grabbed her car keys, entered the garage, opening the door. She started her car, backed into the street then backed into the garage and parked. She grabbed the rake from the wall and headed to he front an raked the yard, moving all Mike deposits to the curb. She returned the rake and as she walked back to survey her work, she heard the beginning of "Shake Your Tail Feather" and she couldn't help herself she danced like she'd never danced before. She felt the music in the deepest parts of her. She quickly removed her sweatshirt and danced in her revealing short set and every time she shook her tail feaher, she aimed it at the brown house across the street. She was totally embarassed by the truck horn and the applause. Kat grabbed her sweatshirt, covered herself and headed to the driver asking if the truck would fit in the drive. He soon had it backed in out of the street, not even blocking the sidewalk. She introduced herself and took them on a walk through the house. The crew got busy and two hours later she had made lunch and a pitcher of iced tea, insisting they all take a break. They sat in the back yard and relaxed. After lunch was devoured, the crew was back to work, refreshed and full of energy. There was method in her madness. She noticed the white van parked next to the black jeep in the drive across the street while she greeted the mailman and introduced herself, getting him glass of iced tea. They chatted and he was off after finishing his iced tea. The crew was great, about rearranging a few pieces and even suggested a few changes. Seven hours after they started, her house was a home, all she needed now was Chele and Jessy. "Come on Momma, Jessy." She said as she followed the truck to the street and waved goodbye. She spied the basket ball in the bushes and stretched a leg in for it, dragging it out of it's hiding spot. She was shocked to find it with good air pressure as she dribbled it. She shot from fifteen to twenty feet and nothing but net. She raced to the ball, spun and put it in off the backboard. She rushed the ball and drove it in and sailed through the air and slammed it and grabbed the hoop hanging, "Ahhhh!" she screamed as Momma's van came into view. Jessy was out the door before the van stopped to turn into the drive, racing to Kat and Kat dropping and racing to Jessy. They met in the front yard, hugging, screaming, jumping, screaming, crying, sreaming. Momma joined the hugging and only screamed, "This is like being at a Hanson conert." They grabbed the bags from the van and headed in. Kat noticed the curtain on the front window of the brown house was open and she had the feeling of being watched. The three talked, unpacked, talked and finally decided to get groceries. They changed and loaded into the van and headed out to explore the city. It's was about 9:45 that night when they finally returned, carrying in the groceries and putting them away before crashing for the night.
