"And the Oscar for Best Supporting Actress goes to..... Alexandra Hanson." the presenter announced. "Lex you won." Isaac declared turning to her looking to her right, then left. "Babe you won." Isaac repeated leaning over and kissing her sweetly. "What was that for?" Alexandra sighed caressing his face and gazing at him. "Alexandra Hanson you won and have to go get your Oscar." Isaac repeated. "What? I don't believe it. No not me." Alexandra argued. "Yeah you babe." Isaac said rising and helping her to her feet. "Way to go Sis." Taylor congratulated soon joined by the rest. "I apologize for taking so long to get up here. Besides the obvious.." Alexandra said stepping away from the podium and turning sideways as she stroked the baby before continuing, "I truly don't believe this. The part was so small. First I'd like to thank God for his many gifts. To the love of my life for making me believe I could do this and persuading me to take the part. To Martin for helping me not to feel like the rookie I am and for his ability to make me reach deeper and deeper, being the best I could be. I want to thank one of the greatest casts. You guys were so much fun. Thanks for putting up with me, especially you Brad. I know there are a million more of you to thank but someone is insisting I keep it short, so if I didn't mention you, Mom, Dad, the whole family, I love you and thank you." With that Alexandra wasted no time getting off stage and to the nearest bathroom. After a few interviews, Alexandra was returned to her seat out front. "Bathroom?" Isaac whispered as she neared. "Your baby is being difficult." Alexandra whispered back. They sat discussing her winning, the people around her, her chances for winning again. The evening began to drag on, "I don't believe her." Taylor whispered. "Why shouldn't she fall asleep. She's got to be tired, she's eight months pregnant. But most of all she trusts your brother to not let anything happen to her." Chele whispered watching Alexandra sleep in Isaac's arms. "Babe you have to wake up Best Actress is next. Lexy." Isaac whispered kissing her lightly. "You could have let me sleep hun, I don't have a chance on this one." Alexandra whispered as she yawned. "You said that before and you won that one." Isaac argued. "I guess it would be rude of me to be sleeping when the winner gives her speech." Alexandra teased finally sitting back up and stretching. "That's just so precious." someone in front of her said, adding, "Wish I could just fall asleep anywhere." "Sleeping in his arms is my favorite place so it doesn't matter where we are." Alexandra replied. "Goodluck. You're a shoe in." the lady said turning back around. "Here we go." Isaac said as the presenters announced the candidates. "And the Oscar for Best Actress goes to... We have made history, the winner is Alexandra Hanson." the presenter squealed. As the room filled with applause, Isaac rose and extended his hand to his wife. "I don't beleive this." Alexandra gasped taking his hand, rising then finding comfort in his arms. "You okay babe?" Isaac whispered. "I just don't believe this. What do I say?" Alexandra replied looking up to him for answers. "Just go with your heart and you'll be fine." Isaac whispered. "That's what I'll do. The last time I listened to my heart, I got you." Alexandra shared smiling at him before kissing him deeply before making her way on stage. "Thank you. I'm totally speechless. I don't know what to say." Alexandra began to say, pausing before, "I look out at you and I'm just awed by the creative talent I see throughout this room. When I think of the years and experience represented here, I can't believe that I've won this award. I'd like to thank the Academy for showing us all that a beginner, a novice in this field, is welcome and appreciated. I thank you for this award." The applause fille the room once again, "But more than anything I am so grateful that I won again because the bathroom is so much closer." Alexandra squealed grabbing the Oscar and heading off stage, making her way to the bathroom. "I'm sorry but I've had all the excitement I can handle but you guys go, enjoy the parties. Please." Alexandra pleaded as the family insisted on returning home also. "You make sure she rests." Diana ordered as Taylor and Chele, Zac and Jessy and the rest of the family took the limo and headed out to enjoy the after Oscar parties. "Come on babe." Isaac said leading her by the hand to the other limo for their ride home. "I didn't think they'd ever go, especially your mother." Alexandra sighed as he helped inside the limo. "How you feeling?" Isaac asked sitting next to her wrapping and arm around. "You tell me." Alexandra teased grabbing the hand resting on her shoulder and pulling it down to her breast. "Playfull. We feel playfull." Isaac chuckled. "Isaac?" Alexandra asked turning and slipping onto his lap. "Lex?" Isaac gasped surprised by her actions. "What? Fine." Alexandra grumbled slipping off his lap. "No you don't. Get back here. I love you here. I was surprised because I thought you were really tired. You kept telling all of us how tired you were." Isaac argued pulling her back to his lap. "I said that so they would leave us alone." Alexandra shared smiling at him flirtatiously. "Alone huh? You and me?" Isaac replied with a smirk. "Oh you're so full of yourself." Alexandra squealed rolling her eyes. "So you don't want to be alone with me." Isaac pouted, teasing, "So you want me to find Brad." "Isaac Hanson that's not funny." Alexandra squealed then began laughing. "If it's not funny why are you laughing." Isaac asked unable to resist laughing with her. "It's not but I can't help it." Alexandra choked out as they laughed together. "Oh. We sure have been through alot haven't we?" Isaac shared as their laughter died down. "You more than me." Alexandra sighed cuddling into his arms. "How can you say that?" Isaac disagreed. "You've had to go through everything I have, but you had to worry about me, I mean us, too." Alexandra replied, looking up at him, caressing his face, adding, "Do you have any idea how much I love you for taking care of me, of us." "I had to. I couldn't go on without you. Either of you." Isaac insisted, adding, "I love you." "I'm so glad." Alexandra sighed, adding, "Are we almost home?" "Yeah babe. Hang on in there, we're almost home." Isaac answered then stroked her belly. "Aaahh I love the way your touch affects the baby." Alexandra sighed leaning her head against his chest and relaxing. "Just like Mommy." Isaac whispered kissing the top of her head. "We're home." Isaac announced a few mintues later. "Good I need a bathroom." Alexandra squealed rushing into the house. "Lex. Lexy where are you?" Isaac called entering the house. "Our room." Alexandra answered. "Man I'm glad we came home early so I can get out of this." Isaac said removing his bow tie. "I think you are so handsome." Alexandra said making her way to him, her hands caressing his chest as she slipped them around him, finally resting them on his butt. "So what do you want?" Isaac teased looking down at her. "What do I want? Hmmm I think I'll start with a kiss." Alexandra answered rising on tiptoe, slowly pressing her lips to his. "That's nice." Isaac sighed. "Yeah nice." Alexandra sighed as he kissed her back. "You know what else I want?" Alexandra whispered. "What do you want babe?" Isaac asked kissing the tip of her nose then gazing at her. "Isaac I'm hungry." Alexandra pouted. "Hungry. Well that's romantic. Hungry you say." Isaac sighed. "Yeah hungry for you." Alexandra whispered into his ear before dragging her lips down his neck before making her way to his other ear. "I miss you loving me." she whispered. "Lex you know I love you. Right? You know that right?" Isaac moaned. "Of course I know you love me. You tell me all the time. It's just... You know... Isaac do you have any idea how long it's been since you've touched me?" Alexandra asked. "What? I touch you all the time." Isaac argued. "Okay I'm not saying this right." Alexandra pouted, sitting up, adding, "I guess I'm just hungry, hungry." As Alexandra scooted to the edge of the bed, "Get back here." Isaac insisted pulling her back to him. "Not fair." Alexandra squealed, continuing, "I worked so hard to get over there and you go and pull me back like it's nothing. That was alot of work." "I'm sorry but I won't you to tell me what you mean." Isaac explained as her stomach growled. "Whoa you are hungry. Come one let's feed it quick." Isaac said helping her to her feet and heading to the kitchen. "What's in there?" Alexandra asked leaning over him as he peered into the refrigerator. "Leftover chicken, sandwich makings and some salad." Isaac answered. "Hmmm what's in here?" Alexandra asked opening the freezer. "Pizza." Isaac announced pulling it out and moving to the oven. "Don't even wait for me to answer huh?" Alexandra asked with a chuckle. "Why? If you don't want pizza, I'm sure the baby does." Isaac answered moving back to the refrigerator pulling out the salad and milk. "I'm going to go change." Alexandra shared heading back to their room. "Lex. Babe pizza's done." Isaac called out, receiving no response, he headed down the hall. As he neared the room he heard the shower running, "Lex." Isaac called out. "In the shower." Alexandra answered. "I thought you were just changing?" Isaac asked removing his tux. "Was but I hate makeup and... You can join me." Alexandra replied. "Your pizza's ready. If I join you, it may get cold before we're done." Isaac answered. "You know you don't have to make excuses." Alexandra grumbled turning off the shower and grabbing a bath sheet, muttering, "No wonder. Even this doesn't fit around us." "Lex what are you doing?" Isaac asked thoroughly confused. "Umm I'm hungry so I'm getting out. Okay?" Alexandra answered looking away. "Yeah. I mean no." Isaac replied. "Which is it? Do I need permission?" Alexandra asked glaring at him. "Lex what's wrong?" Isaac asked. "Nothing I'm just hungry." Alexandra answered making her way by him, heading to the dresser pulling on clothes. Isaac stood in the doorway watching as she dressed, wondering what was wrong. "She wants me. She doesn't want me. She's hungry for me. She's just hungry." Isaac mulled over, smiling as she dropped the towel and pulled on her top. "What are you smiling at?" Alexandra asked turning to return the towel to the bathroom, wondering about the look on his face. "Just thinking. You know you still have a waist in the back?" Isaac answered. "No way." Alexandra argued, turning her head around to look at herself in the mirror, adding, "That's impossible. Whales don't have waists." "Lex stop saying that." Isaac said making his way to the closet. "Fine." Alexandra whispered making her way to the bathroom, hanging up the towel before heading to the kitchen. "Why does she do that?" Isaac mumbled trying to understand the change in her. Alexandra fixed their plates then sat just staring at the pizza as she picked at her salad. "Lex what's wrong?" Isaac asked taking a seat across the table from her. "I told you, I'm hungry." Alexandra answered looking away. "Yeah real hungry. You haven't touched your pizza." Isaac replied gazing across the table at her. "What are you looking at?" Alexandra asked noticing him still looking at her, adding, "Do I have something on my face? In my teeth? No on my top again huh?" "Do you know how beautiful you are?" Isaac replied. "No way. I'm a wha... oops, can't say it, you'll get mad." Alexandra argued looking away. "I don't get mad." Isaac grumbled, adding in a calm voice, "Maybe at me but not at you." "What? Why would you be mad at you?" Alexandra asked watching as Isaac rose and made his way around the table to her. "It's my fault that you don't feel beautiful. You are Lex. You are so beautiful. You seem to get more beautiful everyday." Isaac confessed kneeling by her side, watching as she rejected his words. "You are Lex. I'm sorry that you don't believe me." Isaac repeated. "How is it your fault I feel the way I do?" Alexandra asked. "Because I listened to Mom. You know I love you because I tell you all the time you said. You didn't say you know I love you because you feel it." Isaac insisted. "What?" Alexandra asked shocked he knew how she felt. "Lex I love you. I have from the first moment I laid eyes on you. You are the love of my life." Isaac whispered kissing her deeply over and over. "I love you too." Alexandra sighed with a twinkle in her eye and a smile of contentment on her face. The two once again connected on a deeper level, more devoted and in love than ever before as they awaited the birth of their first child. Back in Tulsa, doctor visits were a weekly event as Alexandra found it increasingly difficult to get around. "I swear if I get any slower, I'll be stationary." Alexandra pouted making her way to the kitchen, adding, "Mmmm smells good." "Morning babe. Rested?" Isaac asked fixing their plates. "No I'm still tired but somebody missed Daddy and wouldn't let Mommy sleep." Alexandra answered making her way to him, kissing him sweetly. "So you missed Daddy huh?" Isaac asked rubbing her belly. "Oh no." Alexandra squealed as her water broke and she was suddenly drenched from the waist down, adding, "Yuck. Yuck. Owwwwww!" As she doubled over in pain, "Relax Lex. Remember our classes, relax and breathe. In and out. That's my girl." Isaac reminded helping her through her first contraction. "It's about time you decided to make an appearance. Mommy is tired of carrying you all the time, she wants to share with Daddy." Alexandra sighed as the contraction ended. "Come on babe. Let's get you cleaned up." Isaac said leading her back to their room, helping her clean up and change. "I'm hungry." Alexandra pouted. "Sorry babe. Don't you remember, no eating after labor starts." Isaac said putting away the breakfast he'd prepared. "Awww you're a meany." Alexandra pouted heading to the candy drawer grabbing a sucker, adding, "You can pay the dentist bill seeings you won't let me eat." "Go ahead and eat but don't complain to me when you puke and your stomach is full." Isaac teased. "You know I hate to puke." Alexandra pouted. "Yeah I know you do babe, that's why I was a meany." Isaac said. The two hung around the house timing and when things seemed to be progressing, Isaac called the doctor's office and informed him of what was going on. "As long as she's handling the pain okay, you continue at home. Any drastic changes or if she can't handle the pain any more, call me then head to the hospital." the doctor informed. The two read to each other, listened to music, even Isaac sang to her to pass the time.
