The library included an installation and administration guide, a customization guide, and an integration guide, as well as online help systems for end-users and administrators. Other responsibilities included mentoring junior writers, serving as the template architect for my department, creating white papers for the most visible Commerce One products, serving as "acting manager" for my department, and providing installation, configuration, developer, and API documentation for several other e-commerce products throughout the company.
