How did Serial Joe get started?
Dan: well we all go to the same school so um... at the beginning it was fun then we got more serious.
Ryan: yeah we saw local bands play and we wanted to play ourselves so we kind of hooked up threw school
What's it like having your mom as the manager?
Ryan: I think it's better because she has our interests in mind it's not like "I'm in this only for the money" u know? She's also looking at it like "this is my kid and all his friend"... u know...
Dan: It's easier because she's his mom right?..
Ryan: yeah like we can trust her and we know that she's going to work her hardest
Debbie Dennis: All though I want them to achieve all their same goals that they want to have... There's still reality that has to be put into place and these are boys and education is important. They have to think of a life besides music as well as their music lives because reality in this business is that it's not always there forever.
Is education important to you?
Dan: at our age u need your education cuz we're not even old enough to get a job yet!
Ryan: I'm planing on still going to university. We have other ideas on things we ant to do when we're older- Me... I wanna be an architect
Dan: like a director of some sort... like director of broadcasting or music videos and stuff like that
John: um I'm not sure, I'm gonna just stick stick to the music business
Stever: I'm gonna draw comics or something like that. I like drawing
When you're on stage. What makes it a good show?
Ryan: a good mosh pit! Lots of crowed interactions like...
Dan: not just standing around like statues
Ryan: yeah like when people move around. It helps us get more loose on stage- We play a lot better

Ryan: We're taking this seriously like we want to do this. It's not like just a fool around thing for us. We're doing this seriously, we'd like to have a record deal and go on tour
What are your plans for the summer?
Ryan: well we're playing a couple gigs with Rusty, lots of rehearsals, going to Edgefest that type of thing
