It just keeps getting Worse
I don't know why but I've hit a bad patch drawing wise. It's not a 'block' as such but more an "I suck" phase. Every drawing I do is worse than the last, and this one takes the proverbial cake. It came from a real nice picture though - Steven leaning on Joe's shoulder looking all sulky and protective; Joe staring off into space, contemplating what he ever did to deserve such a beautiful friend. I didn't capture any of the correct feeling; Steven's not even leaning on Joe's shoulder.
I think all my creative juices are flowing into my major piece for school though, so I have an excuse. Wait - there's no excuse for drawing the Toxic Twins this badly! Joe looks like Elvis and Steven looks like an animal from the feline family... I can't believe I'm even putting this up here. Well, if I can sink to these depths yet occasionally rise to some height, THERE'S HOPE FOR US ALL!
