Comments:
For what was drummed up as the biggest Elevation event for being the big homecoming show I find this a disappointing show. As a venue Dublin is far underrated for delivering interesting shows. Good shows maybe, but hardly interesting shows from a collectors point of view. The addition of A sort of homecoming is nice but as per usual with U2 the addition of a new song to a setlist tends to come at the expense of 2 songs being cut (Gone and New York). A sort of homecoming sounds a bit shaky, not so surprising since it hasn't been played since 1987. For some strange reason CD 2 starts with 40 seconds of silence before there's sound.
