Comments:
This is U2's last concert in Mexico City and the last of the North-American tour. U2 make it
something special by doing some rare and sometimes weird songs. When they do I can't help
falling in love after One you know there's something special after Love is Blindness. Edge
plays an ultrarare performance of Van Diemen's land after Nerw year's day. My favorite is U2's
version of Queen's We will rock you, a beautifull mixture of the basic Queen drum riff with
Bono singing the 'lyrics' of the George Bush rap with some improvisations. There's no telephone
call on this boot. Either was no call or it wasn't recorded or included on this boot. The ending
song is just Bono singing 'Howlong must we sing this song' several times, the bridge of Sunday
bloody sunday. A fitting end to the end of a great tour and yet a promise of things to come in
the next year of the tour.
