Sound Quality:
Excellent audience. Most of the bonus tracks are very good audience.
Comments:
This bootleg nicely documents the final dates of The Lovetown Tour,
featuring the last performance in its entirety and a generous selection
of bonus tracks from other dates. The worst-recorded track on this
bootleg is easily "Hawkmoon 269", but it's an interesting performance,
with The Edge playing a slide-guitar intro. The booklet is pretty
minimal, but contains a listing of all the Lovetown Tour dates. B.B.
King appears on Tracks 14-16. It should be noted that this was the
last concert U2 ever ended with "40". These recordings have also been
released in the same form on ROTTERDAM, on the Golden Stars and Live
Storm labels, and on Pluto's PRIDE and GLORIA.
This is the original pressing on this label.
