Comments:
This is quite a cool CD. Even though the sound is not absolutely
excellent, there are some really rare tracks that U2 didn't play very
often on the PopMart Tour. First of all, the combination of "Please" and
"Hallelujah" from the Tibetan Freedom Concert, which Bono dedicates to
the late Jeff Buckley. Other great stuff is the performances of "If God
Will Send His Angels," "Slow dancing," and "Sweet Caroline." During the
Edmonton tracks, a slight hiss can be heard "above" the recording. This
CD is great if you're looking for some rare PopMart stuff combined with
the standard tracks.
This is the original pressing on this label.
