Well, let me start by saying my name is Stephen M Denman. I am from a small town called Slate Hill, located between the Hudson and Delaware river Vallies in New York. I graduated Minisink Valley High School. In those four years, I: was my Class President 3 years running, was an active member of Art Club and their No-Talent Talent Shows, was on-stage and backstage in Drama Club, was Historian of Thespian Society and Chorus, and a part of the two-time Level Six Gold Chamber Choirs. After being enrolled in SUNY Cortland and being unable to handle such a life change, I enrolled at SUNY Orange (OCCC) and moved home. I earned my Associates in Liberal Arts in 2005 and continued to work at my families' campground, Pleasant Acres in Sussex NJ over the summers. Afterwards I took a year off from school to research the various paths my life could lead. In addition I worked on some art and literary projects and formed my own short-live, but profitable buisness on Ebay. Currently, I am settled in Somerville MA and attend The Art Institute of Boston at Lesley University, majoring in Illustration/ Art Education.
Life is grand; And I think it always will be. It is whether one gets anxiety or excitement over it's granduer that makes the difference.

Current Status: Illustration major at (Art Insitute of Boston at Lesley University), working on a lot of art and literary projects put-off these past few years, some healthier living aspects seeping in and taking some time off from relationships to get grounded in Boston

Next up: well the current kinda says it all...but I'd like to get a job at The Hard Rock Cafe while in Boston

I believe
all people have infinite potential, and that overcoming any variety of "I can't" no matter what the believed cause (physical, mental, social, et al.), at the very least, is the goal of life. But I file that under personal beliefs and do not hold anyone else to it. Feel free to ask me more about those things packed in that personal beliefs folder.

Other goals include, but are not limited to: hiking the Appalachian Trail in it's entirety, joining a community softball team, owning my own art gallery (or several).

I am a on-again, off-again insomniac.
Cause ..1. It's a nervous reaction from feeling I'm not doing enough with my life. It's probably warranted.
Cause ..2. I feel like I know everything when I'm about to go to sleep and I wake up everyday knowing nothing.

I thoroughly enjoy people (esp the imaginitive, the appreciative, the optimistic and/or the intellectual), music, silohettes, shadows, fireworks, fireflies, fog, morphing things with my mind, telephone lines and poles, bike riding, forests, farming, the hours between 6 pm and 9 pm, twilight, sunrise, notes between lovers, old records, finding things on the side of the road, giving them as presents, chivalry, giant mugs, robots, themed parties, postcards, books of all sorts, stone walls, stairs that lead to nowhere, waterfalls, lightning storms, outdoor showers, bar mirrors, varieties of beer, Rum, whiskey (only on my worst days), soup, mixing cd's for friends, Ebay, paint, stories, most art, talking about art and most of all- my friends and those nights one understands everything because of them.

And: The United States Constitution, religious pondering, libraries, fireworks and bumper stickers.
