Its the same as the US release, both sides contain the same material, on the inlay card you can read the following:
"ESTE CASSETTE NO ESTA NI ESTARA A LA VENTA
SOLO ES PROMOCIONAL Y ES UNA MUESTRA DE AGRADECIMIENTO DE DEPCHE MODE A SUS FANS"
This means: "This tape is not and will not be for sale its only promotional and its a show of gratitude from Depeche Mode to their fans"
As far as I know, this is one of the most rare Depeche Mode
