As of now .... the Leps tenth album entitled X, "ten" as pronounced by the fans, is out on shelves in music stores all around the world ... With the album out so late in the summer, it was debatable if and when the boys might start a tour, but the lads played a few dates in Japanese in November 2002 and did a short trek through the states this December before invading the UK and now they have returned to the states to rock throughout the summer and those dates are available on Tour Dates.... but things can change, there are not definites and absolutely no promises. This IS Leppard, remember :-) .... In addition, set lists are a changing thing and will continue to morph into various lists as the tour goes along. The Leps plan on spicing up the tour with making little tweaks here and there to the set lists, so expect the unexpected!!
In regards to the music, if you want to know the full lyrics to a particular song, you can always click the song title up above in the track listing or zoom off directly to the lyrics page by clicking here. In addition, if you're looking for articles, interviews, and album reviews, they can be found in the Leppard Library.
For those who don't know, the first single is entitled "Now" and is one of the songs that the lads wrote with producer Marti Frederiksen. The lyrics are available on this page as well for those who just want them only. The video has been shot (directed by the Malloys) and has had a numerous airings on VH1, especially in the morning hours during the Jump Start and Fresh Music shows. You can visit VH1.com and vote for the video on the Fresh Music page to keep it in rotation.
The actual "Now" CD single is only available in the UK (and not in the US, there's a biiiiig surprise, expect the same for "Long, Long Way To Go") and was released on July 29. The CDs and b-sides are as follows (and you can click the link to get the lyrics, or just click here, and click the CD# for the image):
CD1: Now (with
video) / Let Me Be The One (acoustic) / Album Snippets
CD2: Now / Stay
With Me / Rebel Rebel
CD3: Now / Pour Some Sugar On Me (live; Bonn,
Germany) / Let's Get Rocked (live; Bonn, Germany)
"Rebel Rebel" is the David Bowie cover left over from Euphoria b-sides as is "Stay With Me" which is The Faces cover sung by the professional Rod Stewart impersonator Phil Collen (and about bloody time!). Other supposed b-sides running around are the original demo for "Love Don't Lie" (which lyrically is the same as the album version) and the demo of "Let Me Be The One."
As for the second commercial single ... "Long, Long Way To Go" has been released (4/14/03) in the UK (and still will not be released as any kind of single in the U.S. ...We the fans are still confused as to why and of course, no one can give us an explanation.) As for the video, it was directed by Clive Arrowsmith (see photos in X sleeve) and is based on an idea by Phil Collen ... you can see it on the official site, so check it out here ... There are two sets of singles... one is a normal CD with video and the second is a DVD (DVD formatted for Region 2 - Europe). The CDs and b-sides (on the ones I purchased anyway) are as follows (and you can click the link to get the lyrics, or just click here, and click the CD#/DVD# for the image):
CD1: Long,
Long Way To Go (with
video) / 10 X Bigger Than Love / Now
(acoustic)
DVD1: Long, Long Way To Go (video) / Gimme
A Job / Video Clips (of Now, Pour Some Sugar On Me, Animal,
Hysteria)
I hear some of you say, "Hey wait, what about ....?" Don't let the radio playing "Four Letter Word" fool you, it is a radio single ONLY and will not be released as an official single!
As noted here and on the lyrics page, various producers have worked on this album, including Marti Fredericksen, the Swedish team of Andreas Carlsson and Per Aldeheim (who happened to be huge Dio fans and also co-wrote "Unbelievable"), and Pete Woodruffe (yay Pete!).

Lyrics to "Long, Long Way To Go," the second
single written by W. Hector and S. Robson You held my hand and then you slipped away And anyone who knew us both can see Then every time I turn around From memory, there is no hiding place Then every time I turn around
To you, I wish you everythin’ I got a long, long way to go
