OK!!!! Now the most recent single, Viva Forever is available in Europe, and the video is being shown on MuchMusic. It should be available in the United States by August 25, 1998. So be watching for it, I know I will! This is the first single released since the departure of Ginger Spice, and the question was, can the Spice Girls still make number 1?
That question was answered immediately when Viva Forever, released in the UK, hit #1. This is their 7th number 1 hit. Way to go SG!
Geri left. They can do fine without her I think. Although fans all over the world are left heartbroken, I believe they can still go on. We'll have to wait to see what happens.
In the meantime, the other four Spices, Mel B, Mel C, Victoria, and Emma will be continuing with the American tour which kicks off on the 14th of June.
