I am joyce, and I created this place. Here is the product of all my efforts, indulge yourself.
Attn: I lied, I'm back.
In short, here is me:
I've worked for Epitaph Records and I really love(d) it. My boss is the best. I've also helped to sell/distribute music and fanzines for Slanted i Fanzine/Records, a small blossoming independent label for some talented local bands (JACKSON rocks!). As is pretty apparent from all of this, my musical taste favors punk rock some ska, but I also enjoy listening to old synth pop, industrial, trance, and techno.
Record labels that I recommend looking into are Fatwreck, Epitaph, Lookout!, and Fearless (which is just one website my gob, Skylar, has created).
I spend a majority of my free time working on my own artwork, but I also love skateboarding when I can (best trick done has been the kickflip).
But nevermind all that. Moving on..
Within this homepage you will find: 1.) Thing which I find tremendous interest in. 2.) Things that I find extremely amusing . 3.) Things which suck. 4.) and of all things...an enormous amount of Visual Aids for those of you lacking in ... imagination, or anything else better to do.
Let yourself go, feel free to share: opinions, artwork, information, corrections, (etc.) with me.
One of the places I used to frequent with my friends for skateboarding was the Santa Monica Third Street Promenade. (Dicks have taken this away from the skateboarding community as well, in their effort to rid the world of suitable skating grounds..... see BAN on skating, now in effect since September 1, 1998.)
