Well, okay, it wasn't really a concert, but it was still a performance!<br>
Well, the guys did a great job, as usual. They still managed to get most of the crowd
(which were mostly all Friends of GBS...) really into the music. Even sitting down, we
were all still bouncing around, and clapping and screaching, and singing along!<br>
It was a shame that almost 2/3 of the people who showed up to see this performance got
turned away. The place held about 220 people, (although we sounded like about 8 million
when our boys came out!), and they had booked about 600 tickets.<br>
They sang Ordinary Day, My Apology (twice, although we haven't figured out what was
wrong with the first one yet...) and When I'm Up (I Can't Down). We're not entirely sure
when it's goin' to be aired, but they said that the first one was gonna be aired on February
24th, and this is the 6th one, so a good guess would be 6 weeks after the 24th of February.
The show is an excellent promoter for Canadian talent. Unlike Rita And Friends, which
the show is replacing, this show has variety acts as well. And, from what we understand,
it's not the same host every week. And, that's just about it...<br>
