Let me just tell you now...last night was wonderful! I was really surprised at the turnout, but the
crowd was great. I had a blast. They opened with Ordinary Day, and then went on to eventually
play When I'm Up, Fast As I Can, End of the World, Mari Mac, and pretty much the rest of the
Rant and Roar CD. On the way into the club, I swear with my right hand to God that Darrell was
on the pay phone. I about fainted right there. And that's when I realized there was a huge poster of
them on the wall...not for sale. Well, let's just say I got it. A little take and run if you will. :o) They
also sang Old Brown's Daughter, Donkey Riding, and some other of their hits. They were
awesome. You know, I was 5 feet from the stage, but I don't think that anyone had a bad view of
them. And to top of the evening off, all of them put their entire heart into the show, as if it was their
last. They were spectacular. There is no other words for it. If you ever get the chance to see
them...GO!
