BIG fat music sites

Addicted To Noise - US site with LOTS of (really fresh) news, reviews, etc, etc. News and 2 new reviews every day, new features every month.

Billboard - yes, the site of the famous paper. Which means CHARTS! and some few other things, like reviews and news. Updated every Thursday, except for the news (daily).

Dotmusic.com - English site with LOTS of news, mostly about mainstream stuff, short reviews, previews, and all kinds of charts faster than anywhere else (every Sunday night). Updated every day.

Jam! Showbiz - Canadian site with news and reviews and all, but also with some great little features like the Anti-Hit list. Updated every day.

Music 365 - Loads of news and reviews here, mostly about British music. The news stories are very detailed. A bit like reading the Melody Maker or the NME. Updated every day except Sunday.

Rocktropolis - one more US site with all the things you could look for. News, reviews, etc. Updated on weekdays. A bit lazily, though. now there's a collaboration with CD-Now. Go get your CDs!

RollingStone.com - the site of the other old'n'famous US magazine. News updated daily, reviews updated every once-in-a-while. Nice preview of the mag - you can even read part of the cover story. You also get a really incredible amount of messageboards about virtually everything (everyone can create one!) so you can kill your time ranting on & on about how much you hate Limp Bizkit - wait for a while and then go back to read the angry answers! cool.

Wall Of Sound - yet another US site with the same stuff. Updated on weekdays.

SMALL sites and e-zines. Enjoy!

181,4 Degrees From The Norm! - weird name, ain't it??? well, this site is from Down Under - Australia, that is. Good reviews. And features. Updated almost daily.

Babylon - a Greek site! but there is an English version aswell. News, reviews, Rockabulary, everything is worth checking out! Updated every day - check out the top-50 of the 90s countdown, updated every Sunday!

CMJ - site of the US magazine about indie music. Very good one! News, reviews, music marathons... Updated on weekdays.

Consumable Online - they claim to be the oldest e-zine in existence, so let's believe them. Excellent reviews, updated every week-or-so.

Inkblot Magazine - nice little ezine with reviews, new and old, and a cool "who do you love" feature (music-wise, of course). Check it out, they've got really good taste.

Les Inrockuptibles - oh, our French friends. Site of a very cool French magazine, about music and movies. News, interviews, features... Updated on weekdays.

Nightshift - VERY cool site about the Oxford music scene and other things they love (like Prolapse, who they think are the best band on earth). Updated monthly.

Pitchfork - some of the best reviews on the Web! Now there's news too, and a 'top-100 of the 90s' feature which is really great. Updated on weekdays.

Retroactive Baggage - a cool little zine with great interviews, reviews and stuff. Unfortunately, they update it whenever they want to, which is every two months at least...

ROCKLANDS! - go there! a cool site about some of the best British bands. Try everything you'll see!

Sense - the cutest and coolest greek fanzine ever. A bunch of 20-somethings writing about their favourite music. A really lo-fi edition, already counting 7 issues! A great, great fanzine really. The website is brand new, in English, & it comes with soundclips off their favourite records! try it...

The Daily Vault - a site for good reviews. Updated, yeas, daily.

FRIENDS' sites!!!

Contact - the site of Dimitris! it's about movies and it's gonna be about Eurovision, so don't miss it. And, if you e-mail him, don't say ANYTHING against Meg Ryan or the Pet Shop Boys...
