He's tall, he's lanky, he's rebellious. And when Aaron gets on stage, blue eyes blackend with stagelight and raw performance energy, heads turn. Be it his funny, often dry little quips, or his often outrageous hair, there's no arguing that Aaron Genest has a look.

"'Is she home?'", Aaron lilts in a youthful voice, body poised in dramatic mock of an annoyed-looking Tony. The audience roars with laughter. "'Uh, no...'" he answers himself, his trademark voice deepend to a comical baritone. Listeners absolutely eat it up. It's only to be expected. After all, Aaron is the funny one, the odd one, the one fans get a kick out of while leaning back in their chairs, laughing hysterically. Humour is all but expected in his presence.

However, it's when he gets near the fans that a different side is revealed. Away goes the flamboyant, oftentimes hyper child of the stage, and out comes a perfect gentleman. Kind, sweet, and quiet, he smiles gently as children come up to him, asking for autographs, and happily signs what they have to offer.

I couldn't help but laugh, however, when a little girl came up to him, and asked if he gave kisses (he refused, but nicely). Poor guy. No matter how he tries, he just can't keep those little ladies away.
