Bryan: "He's very encouraging and before we go on stage he makes sure we all know what we're doing - he's very motivating."

Nicky: "He doesn't pay attention all the time - it's not that he's ignoring you, but it's like he's in another world."

Bryan: "I don't think that Shane worries about anything - he's so positive about everything and that's great for the rest of us."
What makes him blush?
Mark: "If he ever hits a wrong note which is very rare."
Is he free with money or a bit of a meanie?
Nicky: "He does spend it, but he's not too free with it - he's sensible."
