The Dark Adventure

The Dark Adventure is an interesting page that gives you a definite feel for the spook behind this work =) Its obvious that he put some time and energy into this and IMHO its rather good. (I just have to add btw that I *love* the dope hat picture- very lovely!) There are a couple pictures here that i haven't seen as well as some lesser used pictures, which is nice. Dark Adventures also offers some recent articles as well as local (?) publications too. It also offers personal opinion/essays, a rank and vote section for favorite songs and links to manson and non-manson pages. Overall, this is a decent page with a a personal feel, good job!

What was a good page to begin with has blossomed into a really nice looking page! As always I LOVE the graphics work that is here and the site now offers a Java and non Java version as well. The page overall is a nice collection of articles, pics and information and shows how much time and energy the person has given to making an original and personal manson page. Nice work!!!

I really like the graphics on the page and this is a nice choice of vintage and new stuff. I'd like to revise my earlier review... after a discussion and swift response from the site owner , proper credit has now been given. Thank you for you quick action on this =) So I'm now changing the grading as well... here is the new score ...

It appears that in many ways Marilyn-Manson.net is a mirror site to Marilyn-Manson.com. They share many strikingly similar things starting with basic layout. while there are some content differences, but there small.
Overall, Marilyn-Manson.net is familar and contains all the basic Marilyn Manson web stuff. Some of hte graphics are cool, howeer, they appear to be rather familar as well.

Marilyn Manson, Family Trip

This site is Under Construction currently, so while my review isn't favorable it can change later. Marilyn Manson, Family Trip has the basics but is lacking in orginality outside of the graphics. It does have articles and a few pics right now that the owner has said he'll leave up for the time being. Since its under constuction its hard to review so I'll hve to check back again.
For now, I give it 75/100 = C

SadomasochisticExpialodotious

SadomasochisticExpialodotiousis the main site for a series of music pages. For the sake of the archive i'm focusing on the MM site mainly, however i highly recommend looking at the rest of this site its... amazing!
The Nothing Page contains contains an impressive collection of personal pics and artwork (and just as a reminder, please don't steal from here because i will know if you did!!!) There is also an essay here on the real meaning of manson... IMHO a great piece of work, if you can handle the truth =)
Between the Essay and the great pics, the MM/NIN part of the site are an original, different and refreshing change from the usual manson page. Combined with the rest of SadomasochisticExpialodotious, this is a massive and increidble collection of musical interests.
Total = 95/100 (there are a few typos, but the increased loading speed is a nice =)

The Chamber of Marilyn Manson

Re-Review 4/7/98
I happened to stop by and see The Chamber or Marilyn Manson and decided that a Re-Review was in order. I have found a great deal of improvement since my last visit and an increase in content as well. So for the changes and increase I'm re-evaluating this site to 90/100 (A). And I'm looking forward to seeing the new site too, which if you would like to contribute to there is a note and form at the bottom of The Chambers page. Good job =)

overall this isnt' a bad site , it just seems that some parts of it are familair. credit however is givenfor things that are from other pages. i think its a decent start and well organized. there are places for fan contribution and input as well. however there are several broken links on some of hte sections. Overall, its the basic Manson page, however there are a couple instances of borrowed material without credit, which I hope to see remedied shortly. The page could also use updating on the materials that it borrowed.

Marilyn Manson Online is one of those sites that shows what time, patience and hardwork can accomplish. This site has grown considerably over time into an excellent collection of articles, pictures (btw nice touch to add your logo to the pic =), and information. The only this I was upset about was the fact that it is no longer being update =( But as the update says it will remain indefinitly (or as long ast he server holds out =). So I highly recommend this site for your viewing pleasure!!

I love this site!!! Its great! And for all of those looking to build thier collection of manson pics heres someone who welcomes your taking his pics. MM Japan is a dual site that offers English and Japanese versions. There are pics from the Tokyo and Osaka shows as well as some articles from when they were in Japan. Overall a great little site and the moving manson grapic along with the radom pic generator are a nice touch!!! Good Job!!

This is a great page of European info on manson. It has some great personal pics as well as some great interviews from the last time Manson was in Europe. Overall its a nice little source of European Manson stuff.

Outside of some interesting and nicely done graphics there really isn't much new to offer from this page. There are tons of pics (though just the standard ones), the bio page is missing a great deal, there are several dead links (though i presume this is simply because they are under constructions). However, there is something of interest on this page- They are working on a fan tribute album, Screams of Thelema, for the band. A nice idea and if you wish to contribute they're are full instructions on how to do it. Overall it was rather a disappointment concidering the hype on the front page of the site.

i would suggest that this person do more work on the opinion sections and try to enlist help from other spooks with it. its nice to see that the site is working on its own graphics but outside of that there really isn't anything else to differentate it from other sites. content needs to be considered more.

Not a bad page, nice graphics and image maps. Stop the Boat contains your basic pics, and bios (though im impressed to see that equal space is given to everyone, even though each bio is short. However there are links to more extensive bios on several of the pages =). The article section is rather small, however it contains a cute article with Twiggy (recent) that I haven't seen before =) and a couple other clips of info that I don't regularly see. Not a bad layout and the content though familar is nicely presented.

Overall, 89/100= B+ (that Twiggy article, though it has a few typo's is rather nice to see!!!)

MM Mosque is the first I've seen of the new look in Manson web pages. Recently updated it carries the latest info on the band, theres also pictures, sounds and links for the dopeshow single. Its a nice collection of images mainly for the band. Overall, not too bad and a nice layout =)

This site offers one of the coolest things I've seen in a long time!- They have a collection of live songs that you can play that range from old stuff to 1997. Really cool!! The site also has other audio clips from interviews and the demos, picutres (some rather nice old ones too!!! =), tablature and lyrics. Overall its really nice layout and graphics with some stuff I dont normally see! Very Nice!!!

Its been quite sometime since I've been knocked over by a site but this one is great! Based mainly on Mansons book and the more recent information of the band, this is a really nice looking site, which *gasp* credits where it got its got help and files from!! VERY NICE!! And it also contains pics of the newest member of manson. It can be a bit on the slow side when loading but that most likely is from the server side, the wait though is worth it for the nice layout and set up of the page. Theres a chatroom, newsletter, info on how to buy mansons video and book and pics to be found here. Overall rather nice!!
Total=90/100 A (limited content at this point is the only detractor but im sure that will change with time =)
