Okay, so you've seen I like male pop totty, but I also have a lot of respect for many females in the music biz too. So this part of my page is a personal tribute to some of my favourite cool gals. GIRL POWER!
<---This beautiful young lady is the lead singer of St Etienne, and solo star in her own right, Miss Sarah Cracknell. Sarah is not only gorgeous, but highly talented. She has the voice of an angel, and has made over 6 albums with her band Saint Etienne, and earlier this year released a solo album full of tracks she penned herself. (Definitely worth a listen by the way- it's amazing!) She loves fake fur, feather boas, all things glittery and sparkly, and nights spent with her girly friends drinking wine and eating maltesers. Whatta gal!! If you like Sarah, come and see my Sarah Cracknell homepage, with loads more pics and gossip! It's here!
<------Pictured here with the gorgeous Sarah is Saffron from top band Republica. Saffron is the ultimate chick with attitude, shown by her fabulous and very sexy dyed red hair and her sultry, smoky dark make-up. Saffron wears the coolest clothes and hangs out with the coolest people; performing at fashion shows in the USA. Envied by babes the world over, and I'm certainly no exception! To see my dressed as Saffron, come here!
<--Here is one of the stars of the Sailor Moon team, Sailor Jupiter! As you may/ may not know (delete as applicable!), I *love* anime and manga (cult Japanese cartoons and comics), and my favourite series of all time is Sailor Moon. I attend UK and European anime conventions regularly, and almost always enter the masquerade competitions there (which are quite demanding and have costumes of *very* high standards!) In 1995 I was UK masquerading champion for my outfit of Sailor Jupiter, and because I looked as close to the character in real life as you could get, she became my kinda alter-ego, and people started to call me Jupiter-chan! Anyway, I love Jupiter best because she's strong and sassy, and loves cooking really cute cakes! Left is the real Sailor Jupiter, and right is me dressed up as her in July 1996, or is it the other way around.....??!!...--->
<---This is early 90's pop star, Miss Betty Boo. Famous for her hits "Doing the Do" and "Where are you baby?", Betty was a funky chic with a penchant for really cool clothes! She made 2 albums, and released 6 singles in total, her first being with the Beatmasters; "Hey DJ! I can't dance to that!" When I was about 11 I worshipped her, and it was my dream to meet her! I even had my hair cut like hers! Anyway, I still love her music, and last week picked up her video for £2, which really made my day! She may not release singles any more, but she's still Queen of cool in my book!
