About Me

"Take away this Columbus Day/Blackhawk never had a say/Just taken out of the picture."

  • Well, y'all already know the biggest part of my life: the passion I have for the music of these three incredible artists, the ones that influenced them, and many more that have been influenced by them. But there is more... My name is Tim Prizer, and I was born in Macon, GA Georgia, but moved to the best little town in America when I was just 5 years old. I lived in Kernersville, NC North Carolina (right in between Winston-Salem and Greensboro) from that time until I graduated from high school in 1999, at the age of 18. Directly after graduating from East Forsyth High in North Carolina, I moved back to Macon and the following summer, went to college at Georgia Southern University. Now, I am a junior at the university, majoring in print journalism and minoring in sociology. I am the Managing Editor of the school's tri-weekly newspaper, The George-Anne newspaper, a student-published publication. I frequently contribute my own articles to the paper (read them by clicking the link above).
