Although he did not, it seems that Ron Wood wrote this song for
the sole purpose for Jay Farrar to sing it.  It is absolutely 
the perfect song for Jay's voice and instrumentation.  The tune
is really straightforward in meaning...  It deals with what all
men get so frustrated about, and so... well, mystified over, when
it comes to making their woman happy.  Hell, it can be very hard 
to do, especially when they won't "give out a sign" and tell you
what you are doing wrong.  Okay, my rant is over... I'm getting
frustrated.
