Okay, I have figured a lot of songs out but this is the first time I've tabbed one down. As for timing, I've tried to make it straightforward, but it would be best to listen to it while you play for exact timing (as you would with any song). I'm just not too sure about the middle bit (Verse C). It sounds right, but I'm not sure. The guitars in Verse 3 coordinate, you just have to play them together..
