Here you will find out why I like Heep and how I first heard what I consider
to be the
worlds
greatest rock band. My many friends that I have met on the Web have formed
a
group
called Heepsters On The Web. We have our own mailing list, which at times
has
included
members of Heep, and some of us musicians record Heep songs together.
We
also got together in October of 1997 in St. Louis, Mo., the home of Ken
Hensley and
had
ourselves a time to remember. Devoted Heepsters from as far away as Israel
and
Germany
joined us in fellowship and music. Some of us brought our whole families
to
what
has become known as HEEPVENTION 97.
We all
keep in touch with the members of Heep through e-mail, and we're usually
the
first
to know when something new is about to happen with the band. So check us
out
through
the links below, and Keep on Rockin' !
I also
play in a band called Blind Date, which does cover tunes of 60's thru
90's
rock & roll.
