Q: How does the family feel about Howie being a Backstreet Boy?
PAULA DOROUGH: “This is his dream, his lifelong ambition! We’re all thrilled! We’re so happy for him! He worked hard to get where he is now, so he really deserves everything he has attained. We brag about him to anyone who listens!”
Q: Did Howie always get along with his other siblings?
PAULA DOROUGH: “Howard never fought with his brothers and sisters. He was so much younger than them and they hovered over him as if he were their child! He always had built-in baby-sitters with three older sisters around. He was ‘their’ baby. They even fought over him sometimes!"
